Fulfillment & Shipping Time

  • We aim to process all orders within 4–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), starting from the date payment is received.
  • All orders are shipped from San Jose, California via USPS.
  • During peak seasons or launch promotions, processing time may take slightly longer.
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding in case of any unexpected delays due to high volume or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Policy

  • Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
  • Shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: $4.90 flat rate
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned, reshipping costs will apply. If you choose not to reship, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Only items that are unused and in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    If a return is requested, any original shipping fee (if charged) will be deducted from the refund amount.
