1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from California, USA.

 

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, for unopened items in sealed condition.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. What does “ELLAPU’s Curated Pick” mean?

It marks a product personally tested by the founder for at least a week — sometimes up to a year — and includes honest notes based on real use.
