We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50

Shipping fees for other orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on your location.

📮 Shipping Method

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the tracking information is issued, ELLAPU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

📍Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and your order is undeliverable,

ELLAPU is not liable for the failed delivery. Any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

🌐 International Orders

If your order is shipped outside the U.S., you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes based on your country’s regulations.

These fees are imposed by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s sole responsibility.
